Cancelation Policy
In the unlikely event of the leadership committee canceling MKCS, a full refund will be issued to registrants. We encourage the purchase of trip insurance to cover other expenses you may have (flights, rental car, extra hotels, etc.) as MKCS is not liable for covering any of those additional losses you may incur.

We understand. Life happens. Often unexpectedly. So you need to change your plans.
Please notify us immediately in writing so we can begin to process any refund for which you may be eligible . Send an email to the MKCS Team contactmkcs@gmail.com letting us know you are officially canceling your reservation and we will begin to process your partial refund.
